Our East Ham serviced offices are located in a prime location on the High Street next door to East Ham station; on the 1st Floor of what could possibly be the most iconic building in the area. It was built in 1906 and was the home of The Palace: East Ham theatre. It later became C&A with the local newspaper, The Newham Recorder occupying the 1st Floor until 2012. Today it stands as a majestic building in the centre of East Ham, with Lidl occupying the majority of the ground floor and Icon Offices occupying part of the ground floor and all of the 1st floor.
Our Business Centre is home to 20 self contained offices. All offices have floor to ceiling glass partitions, offering an ambience of natural light and radiating a high look of class and charisma. All offices have their own independent air conditioning / heating systems giving tenants the control to set the temperature in their offices the way it suits them. Offices come furnished with desks and chairs and pre networked so you can plug and play any of your IT hardware equipment immediately. As with all of our business centres, all utility bills are included in the monthly rental price including the provision of high speed internet through Cat 6 ethernet points and also via Wi-Fi access points placed around the building.
We also supply tenants with a free VOIP phone line with unlimited inbound calls and 1500 minutes of outbound calls to UK and selected international destinations.

Tenants can enjoy also enjoy the comfort of a business lounge and also use of a meeting room which is free for 30 minutes per day and charged at an eye popping £3 per hour thereafter. Non tenants can also hire the meeting room at the same price.
The location needs no up selling. We're less than 20 seconds walk away from East Ham Station which provides direct train access into Central London and Essex. Based on the High Street there is direct access to 100's of shops all within a few minutes walk from our Business Centre. The A13 is approximately 2 miles away and the A406 North Circular road is approximately 1 mile away. Parking permits can be purchased by tenants from the London Borough of Newham on a quarterly / semi annual or annual basis. There is also unlimited parking in the local streets via pay and display meters.
