Call Answering Frequently Asked Questions and Terms

The contract is for 1 quarter.

We will answer a maximum of 30 calls per quarter, split into a maximum of 10 calls per 30 day period. Your 30 day cycle starts from the date that your service is activated. So for example if your service is activated on 10th June, we will answer a maximum of 10 calls between 10th June and 9th July. On 10th July your allowance will be reset and we will then answer a further 10 calls between 10th July and 9th August and so on. Once you receive 10 calls per 30 day period additional calls to the call centre will fail until your new cycle begins. In such a case you can remove the divert to your call answering service and answer calls yourself or you can buy a booster pay as you go pack to purchase more call answering credits. See our booster pack options. Unused call credits cannot be carried forward.

You can cancel within 7 days (of signing up for the first time) for a full refund providing you have not used our service. If you have used the service then the cost of any messages taken in the first 7 days will be deducted from your refund at the cost of £1.50 + VAT per message.

After 7 days you can only cancel on your quarterly billing date by giving us a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to your billing date.

You can cancel within 7 days of signing up for the first time for a refund. The cost of any messages taken in the first 7 days will be deducted from your subscription fee at the cost of £1.50 + VAT per message. The balance of any payments due to you will be refunded.

It is a rolling quarterly contract of £32.50 per quarter Your payment method held on file will be billed automatically every quarter on your billing date.

We strongly recommend that you do not do this. You should use your own number and divert calls to the call centre number that we give you only when you need the call centre to answer your calls. This will give you the power to remove the divert and answer calls yourself if and when you need to.

You will be notified via email within a few minutes with the caller's details (usually within seconds).

Our call centre operates 24/7 365 days a year. It never closes.

Our call centre is based in the UK. All calls are answered by people with British accents whose first language is English.

This is not a service that we currently offer.

Your call answering allowance is a maximum of 10 calls per 30 day period (total of 30 calls per quarter). If you hit your allowance of 10 calls in any 30 day period your phone number will stop working. You can either wait for the start of your next 30 day period when your allowance resets or if you cannot wait until then you can buy a booster pack so that you do not miss any calls and they can still be answered. Alternatively you can remove the divert and answer calls yourself until your allowance resets. See point 6 above.

Unused call answering credits from the subscription package and booster pack cannot be rolled over.
